The Bridges New Member Orientation Process
“Friendly Faces with Outstretched Hands”
“Bridges” is the TCC orientation process dedicated to ushering new members into fruitful, long lasting membership in our organization.
“Ambassadors” are selected members trained to acclimate, enlighten and inspire active participation in TCC initiatives which, in turn, establishes relationships today which carry into the future.
About “Bridges”
Our new members deserve the very best we have to offer. The “Bridges” new member orientation program pairs new members with welcoming “Ambassadors” who usher them into the “TCC Experience”.
As coaches, consultants and small business owners we understand the importance of making great first impressions. When we invest our time, energy and experience in onboarding and acclimating new members, they can get involved in all TCC has to offer more quickly and confidently.
At the same time, we have one more opportunity to build trust and confidence while developing fruitful sustainable relationships.
Become an Ambassador for “Bridges”
Who can become an Ambassador?
“Ambassadors” are established TCC members who volunteer and are endorsed by “Bridges” sponsors. They are “Friendly Faces With Outstretched Hands!”
As our membership continues to grow, we are always delighted to learn of members who may want to become an Ambassador. To learn more about this opportunity, contact the Bridges Chairperson, Linda Hayman.
