Presenters: Jane Walter and Jeanie Duncan
Purpose: To pause, reflect, and focus on cultivating our spirit of gratitude.
Description: We know you’re aware of the benefits of cultivating an attitude of gratitude. And researchers in the positive psychology movement remind us that expressing appreciation is directly associated with greater happiness. But have you considered how nurturing and expressing a spirit of gratitude can also make you a more effective coach and leader?
Our December program will focus on this topic, present some simple yet powerful gratitude practices, and have us reflecting together to mine for our own best practices.
