Facilitators:
Overview
Join us for our April Program focused on membership where you, as valued members, will play a pivotal role with a Faciliated Experience: Envisioning TCC’S Future.
The session will commence with a brief business meeting, providing insights into TCC's current status and accomplishments, followed by the election of new Board members. Read TCC’s 2024 Impact Report and the updates from our Board of Directors!
TCC member, Jeanie Duncan, will engage members in a facilitated visioning exercise to seek input to shape TCC’s strategic priorities for the upcoming year. The TCC board and committee chairs will incorporate this information into its strategic planning work in May.
In preparation for our time together, please begin giving thought to the following:
Imagine that it’s 2030 and TCC is thriving as an active and vibrant coaching consortium (even more so than we are today). Describe what’s happening: What is the makeup of our membership? What kind of programs are we offering? What kinds of engagement and learning activities are happening beyond our monthly program? What kind of leadership structure best supports this vision?
As a member, what do you seek from TCC that you’re not receiving?
What would make TCC a “must join” organization for coaches? …so valuable that coaches couldn’t imagine not being a part of it.
What professional gifts and service might you consider bringing to TCC that could help the consortium live into these dreams?
April’s visioning experience not only will support the Triad Coaching Connection, but also, you’ll gain insights that will support your work in leading your own respective businesses as well as coaching leaders of organizations and teams.
Key benefits for Coaches:
Applying a powerful visioning process to support TCC in continued growth and development to serve the coaching community
Experiencing a visioning process that you can apply in your own businesses and in coaching leaders of organizations and teams
TCC Board of Directors
Each year we recruit members for our TCC Board of Directors. The board is made up of 15 dedicated members who help lead the organization through; setting direction for the organization, aligning resources among our various operational components (programming, communications, finances, etc.) and helping develop membership commitment through various committees such as DEI and hospitality.
This year, we have 3 open board seats. The following TCC members have been nominated for those open seats. We will ask you to vote on their nominations at our April membership meeting.
We thank these members for stepping forward to help our organization. TCC runs almost entirely on volunteers. If you would like to volunteer to assist in any of our committees or are considering being on the board in future years, please let any board member know. We hope that you will support our new board members at the April meeting and become involved in our organization.
We thank the former board members who have been so active over the past several years:
Christine Loeffler
Cecily Kalkhof
Mitch Miles (remaining as Social Committee Chair)
Ray Mitchell
