Program Overview

There are some ICF PCC Markers that are often missed and often  hard to teach coaches to discern. Explore the evolution of ICF coaching competencies and gain mastery over key markers that enhance client outcomes. Through interactive, hands-on exercises, you’ll learn how to push your clients beyond their current thinking to unlock new possibilities.

Whether you’re an ACC, PCC, MCC, or simply curious about ICF, this program will broaden your perspective and deepen your impact as a coach. Collaborate in small groups to analyze case studies from Humble Inquiry by Edgar & Peter Schein, and develop powerful questions that “help the client explore beyond current thinking”

  • Explore the evolution of ICF Competencies deepening appreciation for  need for standards and ethics standards in our coaching 

  • Gain an understanding of key competency markers

  • Explore beyond and new expanded ways of thinking associated with the ICF Coach levels


Jane Creswell

Jane is an innovator and leader in the field of corporate coaching. She leveraged 17 years of product development and management experience at IBM to invent the role of “Organization Coach” and become the founder of IBM Coaches Network.

Currently, Ms. Creswell is utilizing those experiences to help corporations worldwide wanting to establish a long-term, self-sustaining system of internal coaching and reap the benefits of a coaching culture. Her focus is on helping leaders make the high impact transition from merely influencing others to developing excellent leaders who develop excellent leaders. Her work can be characterized as maximizing the strengths and knowledge of individuals for the benefit of both the person and the organization.

She is the author of 3 coaching books and has appeared as a guest on NPRs Diane Rehm show.  Jane was the inaugural recipient of the Thomas Leonard Achievement Award granted by the ICF Midwest Conference in June 2014 for her impact throughout the coaching industry for over 20 years. In 2023, Jane was recognized as the finalist for the ICF Distinguished Coach Award (in top 3 of master coaches worldwide).
