Through several rounds of coaching breakouts, you will have ample opportunities to apply your skills and adapt to different coaching styles, trying on new ways to effectively handle challenging coaching situations.
After each role play, you will engage in constructive discussions with fellow executive coaches, sharing insights, perspectives, and suggestions for improvement. Ronnie Grabon
Ronnie (MBA, SPHR, ICF-PCC) has spent over 30 years as an Executive Coach, facilitator, teacher, trainer, consultant and HR executive. In her coaching practice she focuses on working with individuals to achieve significant professional and personal goals.
