ABOUT THE PROGRAM:

The session will provide coaches with useful information about language, landmines, and opportunities for engagement with LGBTQ clients.

DURING THIS PROGRAM, COACHES WILL: 

  • Learn aspects of language that are important to LGBTQ clients

  • Learn about the size of the LGBTQ community in the Triad

  • Have the opportunity to privately reflect on their response to LGBTQ clients and their ability to best serve as a coach
