Program Overview

"Unlocking the Mystery: Exploring Beyond Current Thinking" invites participants to delve into advanced coaching competencies, including often-overlooked ICF PCC markers. These include “exploring beyond” and “expands thinking”. Designed to go beyond surface-level exploration, this program emphasizes markers that many find challenging to master, helping coaches develop a nuanced understanding of these critical skills. Through guided reflection, hands-on exercises, and strategies that broaden thinking, participants will uncover fresh perspectives and unlock new dimensions in their coaching. This program is ideal for coaches seeking to deepen their practice, advance their effectiveness, and engage clients in transformative conversations.

In this session we will:

  • Gain an increased understanding of the ICF Markers that are most often missed

  • Co-create a list of characteristics and tips for coaches to consistently “explore beyond” and “expand thinking”

  • Share in interactive breakouts to reflect on our own “exploring beyond”
