With my passion to inspire nonprofits to focus and build with a team approach we deepen strong partnerships between board, funders, partners, volunteers and staff. My work combines my professional and personal experiences with best practices to help nonprofit leaders and teams make informed decisions and build internal processes to become stronger, more stable organizations and get real results using a relationship-oriented approach. With a commitment to inclusive practices and social change I offer consultation and coaching that is open, participatory, collaborative, and creative.
Since 2015, I have counseled mission-driven organizations providing fundraising and fund development planning, consulting, coaching and training to nonprofits organizations in the education, health care, social justice, basic needs, children and youth, human rights, and arts sectors.
