Arnett, Sarah
Sarah began coaching 20 years ago within the healthcare setting. She was trained at CoachU and Coach Academy International. Sarah worked for Cone Health in Greensboro for 32 years and now has her own practice, Ampersandbox Coaching & Consulting. She coached leaders and physicians inside and outside Cone Health. She specializes in new leader transitions, change management and team development. She is passionate about helping people explore new ways of thinking to create innovative ways of working in complex environments. Ampersandbox was developed with Sarah's love of "finding options in the sandboxes in which we play".
