I’m a leadership development coach for emerging and mid-career professionals who want to reconnect with their values and purpose, find balance in their lives, and work for social and organizational change. I love supporting clients in a warm, empathetic, and personable style.
I began studying human development twenty years ago, earning a PhD in psychology and focusing on adolescent and emerging adulthood. After leaving academia, I spent eight years at the Center for Creative Leadership, leading a learning and evaluation team for the Societal Impact group. That immersed me in the world of nonprofit leadership development and equity, diversity, and inclusion. I recently completed the Co-Active Training Institute's full course curriculum. Paired with my CCL training, the CoActive approach offers me the skills to work with clients to identify their natural strengths, build on their resourcefulness, and honor their whole being as they find a resonant path forward.
