Presenter: Joyce Richman, Career and Executive Development Coach
If you’re like most Coaches (or folks who want to be) you began your career somewhere else, doing something else, for no reason greater than it seemed like a good idea at the time. Until it no longer was. What changed? Was it you, the people you worked for, the people you worked with, or the work itself? And why Coaching? What’s working for you as a Coach, that didn’t work before, and what do you need for it to be the career you really want to have? The answers to these questions are not as obvious as you might think. Instead, they are tucked away, stored within the stories of the life you’ve lived. Presenter, Joyce Richman combines insight, humor, story-telling, and discerning questions that enable you to see what’s always been there… just out of sight. And as a result you’ll be able to say with greater clarity, this is why I’m a Coach.
Benefit of Program for Coaches: If you spend all your time helping others find their way forward, you’re not apt to take time for yourself, stepping back, taking stock, letting go, reframing, and making sense of what causes you to act and think as you do. Take this time to do just that, sharing your stories with those who, like you, are dedicated to doing the best they can for others. Here’s an opportunity to connect dots in ways that can inspire you to be a better coach than you already are or hope to be.
