Presenter: Lynn Fick-Cooper, Managing Director, Societal Advancement, Center for Creative Leadership
Program Description: This experiential program offers the opportunity to learn more about privilege, "white" privilege in particular, as created and structured within the American social context. We will explore, "Who benefits and who is harmed by this social system, in which we are participants?"
Benefits of Program to Coaches:
To help coaches become more aware of ourselves, "holding up a mirror," to better see and understand ourselves.
To be more "woke" and skilled as professionals, at working with clients across the structured social spectrum, especially during this time of a COVID-19 pandemic with profound inequities of consequence, and international demonstrations concerning "racial" injustice at the hands of police and other agents/agencies.
