Program Overview:
You’ve probably heard people talking about the value of staying ‘in the moment” and enjoying the present. Being present-oriented comes with huge advantages for our mental and emotional dexterity. However, in the midst of this pandemic and political environment, is there a healthier place to rest our thinking?
Find out how Sanford Danziger and Susan Baggett, our September presenters, are approaching this topic, and the recommendations they have for the rest of us.
(Here’s a clue…) With their insights and instruction, it will take only a few pivotal questions to shift our mindset, look past current circumstances and positively into the future.
Please join us in September to discover the positive mindset tools you’ll need to gracefully move through this season of challenge and crisis.
