The Leadership Nexus

Oct2020-Leadership-Nexus-site.jpg

Program Overview:

The Leadership Nexus is both an assessment and a practical approach to leadership that examines how Thought Time (focus) is related to Action Time (priorities). This interaction of thought and action provides you with a snapshot of your current level of leadership and how it relates to the responsibilities of your position.

An ideal tool for coaches interested in facilitating their clients’ leadership growth and development, participants will have an opportunity to take the assessment and learn how they can add it to their coaching toolbox.

Program Benefits:

By participating in this program, you will be able to:

  • Develop a new leadership language which will help you approach leadership development from a new perspective.

  • Receive practical ideas on how to use the assessment with both individuals and teams.
