Program Overview

As the coaching landscape becomes increasingly diverse, cultural sensitivity and competence are essential for creating meaningful and effective client relationships. This month’s program will explore how coaches can enhance their cultural awareness and develop the skills needed to adapt to clients from a variety of racial, ethnic, and cultural backgrounds.
