About Rahel & Matthew

Rahel and Mathew Heinecke have a passion for games, puzzles, and adventure. They are on a mission to bring the world together through purposeful play.

After owning and operating an escape room game business, creating hundreds of collaborative games, and interacting with over a thousand teams, they realized how games can suspend team biases as they focus on a common mission.

This being something that Rahel and Matt could associate within their personal relationship, they made it their passion and mission to improve how people learn to work with each other. Thus, Maximyz was born as a way to help coaches and trainers bring people together through insight and fun.

Matt and Rahel are from different backgrounds, cultures, and nationalities. They understand the importance of keeping an open mind, being curious, and discovering the strengths within their differences. They incorporate their learnings from this experience into everything they do.
