Member Spotlight: Norman Dickson

Welcome, Norman Dickson! Norman moved to Greensboro from Charlotte, and he joined TCC in February 2024 at the invitation of Pastor Reginald Holiday (TCC member). Norman sits on the board of Reginald’s  non profit “City Help of the Triad”

1.        What inspired you to pursue your current career or passion?

I desire to see people walk in their God given destiny.

2.        Can you share a memorable turning point in your personal or professional journey?

When I joined the Maxwell leadership team my life elevated to an all time high personally.

3.        Can you share a piece of advice for others in your field? 

Always be present , positive ,intentional and encouraging 

4.        How do you stay inspired and motivated? 

Have a strong support system in place,connected to other coaches and my mentors.

5.        What do you value most about being part of this community or group?

The monthly in person teachings and fellowship.

6.        How do you give back to your community or support causes you care about?

 I Serve with the United Way of Greater Greensboro,my church and 3 other organizations.
